Our company is a Sino-foreign joint venture specialized in manufacturing meltblown (MB), spunbond-meltblown-spunbond (SMS/SMMS) and spunbond-film-spunbond (SFS) nonwoven fabrics. We use a Kuster GmbH SMS compounded fabric line and a Reifenhauser GmbH meltblown production line, both imported from Germany.

Currently, our combined annual output for nonwoven fabrics is 15, 000 tons. Apart from fabrics, we also manufacture numerous other types of non-woven products at our sub-company (Jian Yin Jiwwe Protective Clothes Co., Ltd. ). These include disposable surgical gowns, work clothes, masks, shoe covers and shopping bags.

with a total investment of USD 7, 500, 000, our factory covers a floor space of 17, 000 square meters. Additionally, in early 2001, we purchased a specialized line to produce nonwoven fabrics with anti-static, anti-blood, anti-alcohol and anti-bacterial properties. Our factory enjoys very convenient transportation, being just 120km from Shanghai port and 17km from Zhangjiagang. The factory is located 500 meters from the Jiangyin Exit from the Yellow River Highway.

In early 2001 we received ISO9001 quality system certification. Yet we are still constantly researching new ways of improving and upgrading our QC methods. Our company newly employed a SMMS nonwoven production line, which used to be famous for its extraordinary technical indexes and superior quality in medical and hygiene markets, with broad width of 3.2 meters. The product is widely used in disposable health materials such as surgical gowns, baby diapers, sanitary napkins, etc.
New SMMS nonwoven materials with improved finishes including liquid repellent, virus proof and bacterial barrier properties have also been developed for applications such as surgical masks, gowns and drapes, especially in view of the high demands of the new European Standards, EN 13795
