Nanjing Huahong Die-casting Co., Ltd is a joint-venture corporation, reformed from Nanjing Huahong (Group) Co., Ltd in 1996, situated in Nanjing Economy&Technology Development Zone No. 8 Hengguang Road, occupying a land of 66 thousand square meters, composed of magnesium-alloy workshop, die-casting workshop, heavy magnesia workshop, with employees of more than 80, including more than 20% technicians with middle and senior title of technology, possessing of strong technical forces.

Die-casting workshop is chiefly engaged in aluminum (magnesium) alloy die-casting. Our products has been widely applied across industries as automobile, electrombile, communication, garden tool, electric tool, stair and so on; Aluminum alloy die-casting products such as Transmission gear box, Clutch housing, Oil Pan, lawnmower box, gasoline engine box; Magnesium alloy die-casting products such as Clutch housing, Transmission gear box, 070/038 sawmill shell and so on. Our company has excellent equipments, which consisting of 9 Die-casting machines( one IDRA1500T and one 560T from Italy, two DCC2000T \one DCC630T and oneDCC400T, one 300T\one 250T\one 180T) and 6 Computer numerical controls

Our company has perfect quality assuring system. The measuring and detecting instrument consists of the DP419 X-ray detector from Germany, the RS- 25 coordinate measure machine and 2 spectrograph meters from America, Metal phase analyzer, the pressure test-bed, the tension test machine etc. The company passed ISO9000 in 2000, QS9000 quality system in 2004, TS16949 in 2008 and the accreditation of Clean production in 2011.
