Yangzhou New Sanye Heat Exchanger Technology Company is located on the development zone of high and new technology in Yangzhou, Jiangsu province. Our company is composed of senior technicians working in domestic vehicle and industrial heat exchanger, also, the company has established long-term scientific research cooperation with Yangzhou University. New Sanye has two production lines, each for stainless-steel product and tube heat exchanger product. Critical production facilities including vacuum brazing furnace, assembly line, and multiaxial laser welding are highly advanced.

New Sanye mainly produced three types of heat exchanger products including stainless-steel exhaust gas recirculation cooler(EGR cooler) series, stainless-steel engine oil cooler series, and double-pipe heat exchanger series etc. Annual output of stainless- steel product can reach to 400, 000 PCS.

The EGR cooler is one of the essential parts in EGR(Exhaust Gas Recirculation) system. EGR cooler developed by our company has two types, shelled structure and flat tube with internal fin structure, both use material of corrosion resistance and carbon deposit resistance, and formed series that can meet diversified requirements according to customer's demand. Existing EGR cooler in shelled structure can match up with engine with displacement from 2.5 litres to 10 litres, basic series of the shell outer diameter include 82mm, 66mm, 54mm, and 45mm. Existing EGR cooler in flat tube with internal fin structure can match up with engine with displacement from 2.5 litres to 6 litres, and satisfy at least level four national emission standard.

Engine oil cooler plays an important role in engine lubrication system. The stainless-steel engine oil cooler series produced by our company include structures like lath structure, disc(square, diamond) plate structure, laminated structure, nearly 100 types which can match up with engine with displacement from 2.5 litres to 10 litres.

Double-pipe heat exchanger(coaxial heat exchanger) is widely used for strengthen heat exchange of water, steam, ethanol, and Freon in refrigerating, industrial, and ship equipment. The double-pipe heat exchanger product in our company includes series of refrigeration, industry(the heat transfer between steam and water, used in beverage industry) and ship equipment etc.

Products of our company are mainly exported to both domestic and foreign accessories markets at present.
