Xinsheng Marine China Ltd is a Chinese/ New Zealand joint venture company, formed in 2008, the existing moulds and tooling was brought from New Zealand to China to increase the scope of the company's international sales.

A new purpose built 12000sqm temperature and humidity controlled production facility was built in Haimen Jiangsu to establish the brands new home. It was decided that the original brand name "Sea Nymph" would also be changed at this time to signify the change in the company's direction. Keeping with tradition of the brand "Sea Nymph" has digressed to "Nereyda", a direct translation of "Sea Nymph" meaning "ocean goddess".

To ensure a consistent quality, we have invested in providing the complete package "in-house".

"Nereyda" is able to offer the dealer network and boating public a quality product with a full model line up from 4.7m runabouts, through to 11m cruisers, at competitive prices. Along with a reliable friendly backup services, provided by an international team of marine professionals with offices in China, Australia and New Zealand.

With export markets now firmly established in New Zealand, Australia, Canada and South Korean.
