It was the professional manufacturer of electrical wires and cables appointed by the former Power Ministry and Machinery Ministry, recommended manufacturer by China National Economy and Trade Committee for China Urban & Rural Network Construction. It is China Important High & New Technology Enterprise, China Top Economy Enterprise, One of the Important Enterprises appointed by China Economy and Trade Committee, China Product Exemption from Surveillance and Inspection. Hanhe is devoted in "Creating HANHE Brand, Serving Society". There are 2800 staffs, including more than 360 high and middle class technicians. Total assets is 1320million RMB Yuan. Hanhe Company owns strong research and development organization, Qingdao Cable Resarch Institute, the technical center of provincial enterprises and Qingdao city class research organization. Hanhe obtained ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 International Certification System Certificates successively. Hanhe Cable has four subsidiary companies besides Qingdao headquarter, in Jiaozuo, Guiyang, Changsha and Guangxi.

Hanhe Cable owns several advanced production lines introduced from abroad, eg. 220kV vertical cross-linked cable production line from Nokia, Finland, 500kV vertical production line for extra high voltage cross-linked cable production line from TROESTER, Germany, 132kV catenary cross-linked cable production line from TROESTER, Germany and a dozen cable production lines for shipboard cable, mining cable and submarine cables. The manufacture of big cross-section of 2500mm2 milliken conductor and 35kV EPR insulated power cable supplied a gap for cable trade in China.

Meanwhile, Hanhe owns advanced testing equipment for extra-high voltage cable. It can manufacture high, middle and low voltage wires and cables of 7 classes, over 100 series and 10 thousand specifications for bare wires, power cables, electric equipment cables, coaxial cables, data cables, optic fiber cables and cable accessories, etc.

By direct export and cooperation with export companies, hanhe wires and cables are exported to different countries and regions, eg. Bangladesh, Pakistan, Thailand, Philippine, Korea, Singapore, Kuwait, Bahrein, Sudan, Ethiopia, Australia, Middle-East, Africa, South America, etc.
