Yearly Turnout Reaching 1.8 Million Units
With a factory covering 10, 000 square meters, five assembly lines, injection molding machines, punching machines, paint spray booths and flexing apparatus, and over 300 skilled personnel including three to five R&D people, we have the ability to make 1.8 million units annually. We offer patio, fan, convection and table infrared heaters.
Inspecting According to AQL 2.5/4.0 Standards
We perform multiple QC stages including supplier option and valuation, product certified testing, quality of parts control, IQC, process monitoring, sampling inspection from the production line, mass products inspection and routine test. Because of the strictness of our 10 to 20 QC personnel, we have obtained ISO 9001: 2008 certification and CE, GS, EMC, ETL, UL, SAA, REACH and SASO approvals for our products. Moreover, we perform inspections according to AQL 2.5/4.0 standards.
