We developed the ELS machines, which is electric line shaft machines, there is no main motor, but servo motor for each printing unit, so the color register is controlled separately by PPC, and the responding time is much shorter than mechanical ones. Machine adopts the latest design of optical cable bus and digital control system. This is a breakthrough in printing technology. When you start a new printing job, this type of machine's efficiency is obvious and prevailing, with little waste at initial register stage, lower energy cost, high speed and stable printing, good printing quality, less remnant solvent, much lower noise and other advantages. Max. Mechanical speed reaches 350m/m, Max. Printing speed reaches 320m/m. Besides, it is able to memorize the register details for differents jobs, which is stored in computer, you can output those data easily.
