Since the establishment of plant, we contributed tourselves to explore and develop all kinds of plastic mold designing, mold making and plastic product machining etc. Annually we made molds above 600 sets, used plastic material above 1000 tons per year, in the meantime, we acted aggressively with frontier spirit, perfect quality, constant improvement, satisfied customers, developed the products that are urgently needed in the market and created the broad prospect for our clients. 1. Company Members: More than 380 employees, consists of 30 managing staff, 80 engineering persons and 20 quality controllers.

2. Main Equipments of Moulding Workshop: CNC 3 sets, wire-cut 2 sets, EDM 6 sets, water grinding machine 4 sets, lathe 2 sets, air compressor 2 sets, milling machine 26 sets, argon welding, etc. (production capability 50 sets of moulds per month)

3. Main Equipments of Production:
1) Including injection machine 25 sets, in which 12 sets of Japanese machines and 13 sets of Hong Kong Huada machines(mould clamping force from 60 tons to 550 tons).
2) Dust-free spraying cabinet 9 sets, silk-screen printing production line 2 sets, pad printing machines 5 sets.

4. Main Equipments of Quality Control Department: Compass, calliper, micrometer, magnifier, duro-meter, tensile-meter, high-low temperature tester, projector, etc.
