Motorbacs has currently estabalished a world-class automated production line which specialized in manufacturing automobile exhaust pipes and various automotive assemblies. For example, Engine Water pipe, oil pipe, Engine pipe, Hydro- forming, Tube end forming pipe, Bending pipe.
Motorbacs has currently estabalished a worldclass automated production line which specialized in manufacturing automobile exhaust pipes and various automotive assemblies. For example, Engine Water pipe, oil pipe, Engine pipe, Hydro- forming, Tube end forming pipe, Bending pipe. The main customers are GEELY, BYD, FAW, SAIC, Toyota, Ha/ma, Lifan etc. From 2010 to2011, Motorbacs has invested more than 30 million RMB in the domestic and foreignmade advanced production and testing equipments, including a BLM Bender which imported from Italy, OTC and MOTOMAN welding machines. In addition, Motorbacs was rated as hightech enterprises and municipal engineering and technology center in 2011. Companyimproveenterprise information management by the full implementation of TS16949 quality management system, running the ERP oftware system, PDM file system management, using the OA office automation system.
