Our company covers an area of 65, 000 square meters and we are specialized in high frequency welded steel pipe and galvanized steel pipe, which hold sound quality and precise standard with the outer diameter from 19mm to 219mm and thickness from 0.6mm to 8.5mm. Our products are widely used in threading, water heating, factory building, car manufacturing, electrical installation, mining, etc.

Our manufacturing equipment includes 3 cutting product lines and 5 steel pipe product lines, which can annually supply over 500, 000 tons of products.

Our products spread over Urumchi, Hohhot, Harbin, Shenyang, Changchun and southern China. 1) A set of 50# pipe unit of new type with the output of 3, 500 ton per month.
2) A set of 76# pipe unit of new type with the output of 6, 500 ton per month.
3) A set of 219# pipe unit of new type with the output of 10, 000 ton per month.
4) Two set of 700# cutting unit of new type with the output of 40, 000 ton per month.

Our major processes:
1) Our quality inspector will inspect the materials as they in field and work out the operational projects according to the grades and then figure out the attentions of the work.
2) Our processing unit will pickle the striped steel to dispose the facial float rust, impurities and purify them.
3) The purified striped steel will be put into the rolling workshop according to formats and thicknesses, and later, to roll out as different primary formats and get into our company.
4) The primary will be take into cutting workshop in cutting into welded pipe according to different outer diameters and thicknesses.
5) According to different pipe units, out striped steel will be classified with format and type before be made into high frequency welded pipe in the workshop.
6) A mass quality inspection to every single finished product will be carry out until it pass and then you will find them be packed in store according to different outer diameters and thickness.
