Which is one of the biggest interlining manufacture in shanghai. It covers 15, 000 square meters with over 10, 000 construction area.

There are 3 factory under our company. Shanghai factory has sales network and double-dot coating production. Liaoning Factory is mainly for warp-knitting interlining production, and SMD (HK) co. Ltd (jiaxing) factory is mainly for circular-knitting interlining, dyeing and finishing process.

We have a complete range of equipment from base cloth weaving to dyeing, finishing, coating and testing process. Its annual output 25 million meters of warp-knitted interlining, and 25 million meters woven lining. It has 22 sets karlmayer warp-knitting machine, 3 sets brushed machine imported from Italy. 1 set karachi micro-dot spot coating line, 3 sets of double dot coating lines, and full set of advanced pre-treatment lines from Korea.

Beside these equipment, we engage Korean professional who are engaging in research and development of high-quality interlining, absorb the advanced technology of the same trade from home and abroad, and combine it with their own strong points, relying on a complete set of laboratory and testing centers, to strictly control the various targets of supplied raw materials and finished products. A kind of environment-protection product has been developed, that is of high bonding strength, draught-resistance, washing-resistance, a softest or hard hand-feel, easy bonding, and is free from formaldehyde content.
