(5) With respect to goods marked B or C or D or E in the column headed Country of Origin, the final process of manufacture was performed in the country of origin shown herein AND of the total or works cost of such goods in their finished condition, calculated subject to clause (6), not less than the respecitive percentages shown hereunder are attribuitable to materials produced and/or labour performed in a preference country(s):
