MCA was established in 1999. We are a large-scale enterprise specializing in the R&D, production and sale of lead acid batteries. Moreover, we have in-house grid casting lines which can initially control and manage the products quality. We offer full range including AGM Batteries, Stationery Gel Batteries, Deep Cycle Batteries, which can be widely used in UPS System, Solar & Wind Power Generation System, Communication System, Golf Car, Motor Wheelchair s and etc.

We have experienced R&D stuff, most have been working in lead acid battery industry for more than 10 years. We also cooperated with the famous institutes and universities in China to research and develop new products. Every Year we invest more than US$1, 000, 000 in R&D to meet the continuous increasing demands. We are the first company in China to get the TLC certified Gel Battery products.

Quality Control System

We have more than 30 well-trained and experienced Quality Control staff. MCA implements the ISO9001 quality system throughout all manufacturing processes and strictly controls product defect ratios per PPM standard. We have the full lines of testing instruments & equipments located in related production process, which guarantees the solid reliable quality. IQC(Incoming Quality Control), IPQC( In Process Quality Control), LQC (Line Quality Control), FQC(Final Quality Control) & OQC(Outgoing Quality Control) are implemented in our production process. Our batteries are 100% tested prior to packaging and shipment. What's more, we continuously purchasing new and advanced machines & equipments into the production lines to improve product consistency.
