ZSC's main activity is found in multi kinds of filter presses, as well as relevant project service. Our product scope includes: Chamber and membrane filter presses, filter plate and cloth, dynamic cross flow filter and other filtration relevant equipments. KM series of high efficiency filter press and GM series of hot filter press are the core product of us.

Up to now, company has got 15 national invention and utility model patents, and has been awarded many times by Chinese government for its innovation and contribution to the solid-liquid separation industry. In 2008, company gained the ISO9001 accreditation.

KM series of high efficiency filter presses are one of ZSC's original innovation. KM series of filter presses are a combination of high efficiency, high capability, high reliability and full automation with customers' specialized designs. China National Coal Association issued the certification of the S&T Achievement of KM series of filter presses in 2005. Up to now, KM series of high efficiency filter presses have been awarded more than ten Chinese patents. ZSC can supply up to KM800/2500 (2500*2500 plate size with 800sqm filtering area) filter presses.

GM series of hot filter press is a new kind of solid-liquid separating equipment cooperated by ZSC and Reisser Eilers & Partner AG from Switzerland. The hot filter presses combine the mechanical dewatering and thermal drying together. They are very suitable for the difficult-filtered suspension or the occasion that is very strict to the filter moisture.

In ZSC's R&D department there are many experienced engineers from hydraulic, automatic, mechanical, solid-liquid separating sections. Our cooperation with Beijing University of Science and Technology, and China University of mining & Technology Beijing, ZSC specially is engaged in the study of filtration theory and application technologies. For almost every application, ZSC supplies process specified products and individual solutions. Our products are widely used in the area of fine coal and coal tailing dewatering, the metallurgical processes, municipal sewage sludge treatment, and the desulfurization in power stations, and chemical, pharmaceutical, and food industry.

The suspensions can be tested with ZSC's mobile pilot filter presses. The process parameters can be selected during the pilot tests. Such procedures ensure the scale-up and industrial scale applications.
