Established in 2000, Zhejiang Howell Illuminating Technology Co., Ltd. is a High-Tech-Oriented Wholly Foreign-Owned Enterprise, dedicating itself to developing and manufacturing professional LED illuminating appliances. HOWELL was appraised as "Ningbo High-Tech Enterprise" in 2008; It was approved as "Ningbo Technical Enterprise" in 2009. HOWELL has obtained more than 50 Patents in 2010, including more than 20 foreign patents, and it became "Zhejiang Patent Exemplary Enterprise".

HOWELL has been certified by the standard attestation of ISO9001: 2008 International Quality System and most products have obtained GS, CE certificates. In addition, HOWELL imported a RoHS testing machine to test all the incoming materials as well as exported products, which strictly in compliance with EU standards.
