Injection Dept:

Injection dept equips with 31 precision injection molding machines from 80tons to 400tons, talented engineers and advanced robot auxiliary production, guaranteed us high quality and high production for plastic shells.

Spraying Dept:

Eight years'painting experience, three 50, 000 lever automatic coating lines, free-dust UV, Rubber oil spraying line, vacuum plating, equipped with laser engraving machine, gilding press, silk-screen printing and other auxiliary devices, providing you exquisite appearance products.

Assembly Dept:

After four years'growing up, our Electronic Dept has accumulated rich experience on SMT, DIP, PCBA, product assembly and testing. Currently we have high-speed FUJI SMT, DIP manufacturing and testing equipments.

Quality Dept:

Equipped with three-dimensional, equipment, alcohol test, RCA test and other surface scratch-resistant tests. For products we have high-low temperature test, Salt spray test, dropping test, anti-static test, power button test, burn-in test and other reliability tests.
