LUOHE LETONE RUBBER Co., Ltd. (hereinafter called LETONE) is located in the Private Industrial Park in Luohe National Economy and Technology Development Area, Luohe City, Henan Province, China. LETONE is a national grade high-tech manufacturing industry specializing in producing high performance steel wire reinforced hydraulic rubber hose with a total land coverage area of 123 Mu(82000 square meters). Construction area for production, testing and R&D workshop is 66000 square meters. Now LETONE has 1 advanced international standard wire spiral line from Italy OMA company, 6 South Korean wire spiral production lines, 6 wire braiding production lines from German Mayer company, 6 South Korean wire braiding production lines, 56 homemade wire braiding production lines. Annual production in 2010 is 6.1 million standard meters and annual production in 2011 is 10 million standard meters. Production capacity and sale volume rank in the top three of rubber hose manufacture industry.

LETONE has built up a high standard lab and R&D center for rubber hose engineering and technology, a R&D center equipped with more than 20 sets of advanced test and analytic equipments such as advanced Italian Bilma Impulse test Machine, vulcanization apparatus made by Taiwan Gotech Testing machine Co., Ltd., flat vulcanization apparatus, small internal mixer, burst test machine, ozone resistance test instrument etc. Letone has a research center for rubber hose engineering and technology in Luohe city, and has built up a R&D center for super high pressure hydraulic rubber hose with the association of the polymer institute of Qingdao Science and Technology University, and a base with a combined function of production, study and research together with Henan University of Science and Technology. In 2010 Letone imported technical service team from Pike factory in South Korea. And in 2012 Letone has been making a good technological cooperation with COGNETEX(German company). Now Letone has more than 36 scientific researchers including 1 processor, 1 tutor of postgraduate candidate, 6 senior engineers(associate processor) and 26 engineers. Letone is the main drafter of many rubber hose industry standards, it has 9 national invention patents, and masters the complete key technology of the rubber hose production.

Currently Letone mainly provides all kinds of high pressure, medium pressure, low pressure steel wire spiraled/braided rubber hose, oil resistant rubber hose, heat resistant rubber hose, fire proof and anti static rubber hose for engineering machinery industry, coal mining industry, construction machinery industry and petrochemical industry. Products strictly subject to SAE and DIN standard. The impulse performance of the EN 856 4SH and SAE100 R12\R13\R15 series product exceeds 800 thousand times, and the same performance of the SAE R17\ EN 853\ EN 857 series product exceeds 250 thousand times.
