Founded in March, 1998, ShenZhen CarPilot Technology is a hitech company specializing in R&D, manufacturing and marketing of various car audio & video system, we could provide you with one stop services for a wide range of incar A/V systems. We have two factories and partner closely with many factories in China to carry out mass production for you. Our current product range covers car sun visor series, car rear view series, car DVD/GPS series, car GPS, Car STB Receivers, Car Flip Down/roof series, car rear view carmeras and other incar electronic devices.

We manufacture in ISO9001: 2000 certified facilities and have Strict QC procedures conducted by an experienced QC team: We have an experienced QC team, which is made up of 6 officers with approximately eight years" experience in this field. To maintain our product qualification rate of 99.5%, before the products are dispatched, they all need to go through all kinds of tests, such as aging test, quiver test, high temperature and low temperature test, drop test and so on.

All raw materials and product accessories must be checked and tested before entering our production facilities. QC inspectors take the semiproducts at any time for testing during the mass production. Finished products will run at least 8 hours to insure quality.
