Founded in 1992, Chongqing Sanhua Industry Co., Ltd. (the Company) has been dedicating itself to research, develop and manufacture of vehicle, general gasoline engine, diesel engine and motorcycle parts, etc. we are a private science and technology manufacturing enterprises with self-managed import and export rights.

we engage in casting(high pressure die-casting, lou pressure die-casting, gravity casting), forging, pressing aluminum(magnesium) alloy, precise machining, heat treatment, surface treatment and other professional processing.

It establishes major components and parts production and assembly test lines for general gasoline engine, automobile and motorcycle engine crankcase, cylinder, arrester and wheel hub etc. We have strong capability for designing and producing tools and dies.

The Company is also a professional in tool & mould and two-dimension & two-dimension design and manufacture with complete material analysis, three-dimensional diagnosis and X-ray defectoscope.

Processing centers and over 300 processing equipments like numerical control honing machine, numerical control boring lathe and circular table milling machine are installed, adding the 22 die casting machines (180-1,000 tons), which makes the annual aluminium alloy amount to more than 8,000 tons. Our present annual production capacity for general gasoline
engine product is 2.5 million sets.

we are expanding the scale of production. Located in the Tongxing industry park of Chongqing liangliang new area, our 100 acre new plant is under construction, another 128 sets facilities like machining centers and 2 or 3 brand-new CNC based production line to be established. The capacity will grow to 15 million sets of new type general gasoline engine and automobile linerless cylinder annually.

Our main facilities includes: machining centre, digital control milling machine, digital control lathe, vertical drilling & milling lathe, die-casting machine, Spectrometer, CMM, Mechanical property test machine, concertration melting furnace,etc.

Major clients include TORO and GPP company. Dongfeng II vapor, Briggs&Stratton corporation(Chongqing) Engine Co.,Ltd., Jialing Group, Jialing-Honda, Chongqing Jianshe Motorcycle Co., Ltd. (including Jianshe Yamaha), Zongshen Industrial Group.

We have been selected into the Yamaha global procurement system and Loncinmatching system. In addition, it has established good relationship with global giants like Emerson, Ericsson, Bosch, Mitsubishi and Yanmar, some projects with them are in operation.

The company has its own R&D center, and a strong Product Development team includes 5 senior engineers and 22 technical engineers, doctor and associate professor level technical advisors from colleges and other enterprise. it is evaluated as the pillar hi-tech and hi-tech product manufacturer by the Chongqing science & Technology Commission in 2007.

The company operates with ERP Management system. The Company has passed the ISO9001:2000 and quality management system attestation in 2007 and was granted ISO/TS16949 certificate, issued by TUV.
