Huachuang Tianyuan Industrial Developing Co., Ltd(HTIDC), a high-tech industrial company, was founded in DEC. 1998. It is invested by China Aerospace Science & Industry Corporation(CASIC), The third Academy of CASIC, Harbin Institute of Technology, and it has a registered capital of USD. 77million.

HTIDC is located in the state-level development zone, Langfang Economic & Technology Developing Zone(Hebei Province). Covers an area of 120000 square meters and construction area of 70000 square meters, it is the inventor of the steel reinforced HDPE pipe with great variety of goods. Also it is the largest production and sales enterprise in anti-corrosion pipeline industry. At present, the main production are the Steel mesh reinforced HDPE pipe (pressure piping, specification from DN50-DN600, includes 14 series)and the Metal reinforced HDPE spirally corrugated pipe(non-pressure piping, specification from DN300-DN2400, includes 18 series). In 2013, we developed multiple steel reinforced PE pressure pipe. And now we can provide this kind of pipe specification from DN300-DN1200. It is expected to provide product of DN2200 by the end of 2014.

With strong technology strength, HTIDC employs advanced technical personnel and more than 60 of them are doctors and masters. The company has always attached great importance to technological innovation and intellectual property rights protection. After years of researchers unremitting efforts, product performance has been improved and application field expands gradually. As early as in 1995, China Aerospace developed the steel reinforced HDPE pipe. From 1996 to 1997, they achieved medium-sized test for 10 production lines. After 10 years of unremitting efforts, HTIDC made the technology of the steel mesh reinforced PE pipe mature. Gradually, it do make the steel mesh reinforced PE pipe develop fast. Consequently, a high and new technology industry was established. Based on the principle of complementary advantages and relying on the technology of steel mesh reinforced HDPE pipe, HTIDC introduced the production line of Metal reinforced PE spirally corrugated pipe in 2008. In 2013, HTIDC cooperated with Star-way Company and developed the multiple steel reinforced PE pipe. With the addition of the two kinds of products, the product line was enriched further and company's overall strength was enhanced.

At present, the products have covered all provinces in mainland China and HTIDC has realized the dream of "Install HTIDC's pipe nationwide". Our production has been widely employed in the field of oil, municipal engineering, chemical, electric power, seaport, airport, mining and bittern. Successively, it was applied in national key projects such as the Shanghai Donghai Bridge, Beijing Capital International Airport, Chongqing Jiangbei airport, Tangshan Caofeidian seaport. The products have been exported to more than 20 countries including Indonesia, Malaysia, Ghana, Congo, etc...Based on the brand and quality advantages, the Metal reinforced PE spirally corrugated pipe was used successfully to the reconstruction in Yushu(Sichuan Province), Shenyang National Games Drainage Pipeline Engineering, Taiyuan municipal drainage project, Cameroon port project, port project in Sri Lanka and other key projects. So far, HTIDC pipes have been installed for applications in various industries for more than ten thousand kilometers totally.
