WBF-1 type multi-purpose fluidized bed tester is a multi-purpose fluidized bed process tester developed by Eagle Pharmaceutical Machinery, with absorption of overseas similar facilities. The equipment has taken consideration for both flexibility and adaptability, in which the drying, granulation, pellet spheronization, coating & wrapping processes can be realized. As per different process targets, three different processes may be carried out, namely, top spray process, bottom spray process and tangent spray process. The difference lies in different fluidization of material and the method of feed in spray liquid. Therefore each process has individual features, and lead to broad application. The whole process has strong direct visibility.
