There is a self inspection link before shipment, and the board surface should be as clean as possible; However, the voltage of LED flexible neon tube is DC12V, and the minimum cutting unit of the tube is 1cm, which cannot be arbitrary. The actual effect of the production is different from the documents and renderings provided, and the junction part and board surface of the tube will have defects. These are not quality problems. Color difference The color described in the product description is the color photographed without processing under natural light. The luminous products will have a large degree of color difference when they are seen in different shooting tools, angles, modes, technologies, and displays. Please refer to the real objects seen by your eyes.



Production cycle Customized products have different production cycles, which generally take 3-7 days. The details depend on the quantity of customized products, the complexity of the process, and the factory's scheduling at that time. Please confirm with the customer service before placing an order.



For customized products with different prices, the size, process requirements and patterns will be different. The online prices are for reference only, and the quotations do not include tax and freight. The final price is subject to the confirmation of both parties. Shipping&freight quotation does not include freight. According to the size and weight of the product, freight will be collected in advance when placing an order, and the amount will be supplemented if it is more or less, or the customer can directly select freight to pay. When placing an order, please specify which express company to send. If not, it will be sent to the federal government.



Packaging&sign in LED flexible neon sign board base plate belongs to fragile products. Generally, one or two products are made. The size is generally large and thin. There is no unified packaging box (more than 10 pieces of the same specification can be customized for a unified packaging paper). When self packaging, it is generally pearl cotton, honeycomb board Solid wood strips (if plywood strips or wooden boxes are required for export, please explain when placing an order, and the cost is calculated separately) shall be protected by three layers. Although we try our best to pack and deliver the goods, we cannot guarantee that the transportation is not damaged at all. Please check the appearance when signing for the goods. If there is any damage, please take photos and reject it. Contact the customer service at the first time.



After sales&maintenance (please focus on reading) LED flexible neon signs belong to electronic products. Although they are strictly inspected and aged before leaving the factory, they will inevitably have quality problems (if some parts are not lit). If there are quality problems, the handling principles are as follows:

1. As the case may be, the factory will issue parts, the customer will repair them on site, and the factory will bear the parts and their freight;

2. If the whole product really needs to be returned to the factory for repair after communication, please make sure to pack it well to ensure that the bottom plate is not broken. The factory is responsible for the repair and the freight for delivery after repair. The factory does not accept the freight paid on arrival;

3. Flexible neon billboards are customized products, and the factory does not accept returns or refunds;

4. The factory is only responsible for the product itself, and does not bear any other direct or indirect costs such as customer installation, work delay, spiritual loss, etc;

5. The freight charged by the factory mentioned above is only limited to Chinese Mainland, excluding Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao and foreign countries;

6. All matters not covered shall be settled by both parties through negotiation in the spirit of "equality, mutual benefit, friendship, honesty and sustainable development" and the purpose of Babali Factory of "never forget the original intention, do a good job in every billboard and serve every customer".

Customization process Provide content, size and requirements, and specify whether to use indoors or outdoors. Give priority to CDR, AI, PSD, PDF, JPG format documents → quotation → customer order → factory drawing → customer confirmation drawing → factory order production → factory delivery → installation guidance → normal use → random return visit by customer service.



Pay special attention that LED flexible neon sign belongs to low-voltage DC12V or DC24V products. DC12V and DC24V transformer power supplies and adapters are provided with the goods. Please make sure to wire according to the wiring instructions. It is strictly prohibited to directly connect to AC220V/AC110V voltage.
