Henan Post & Telecommunications Printery (Henan Anti-counterfeit and Secret-keeping Technology Printing Company), established in 1970, is a designated manufacturer of postages and stamps, one of the three stamp printers, and China's earliest anti-counterfeit and secret-keeping technology printing company. It's the vice director unit of China Trade Association for Anti-counterfeiting, and the standing council unit of China Anti-counterfeit Technology Association. It passed the certification of ISO9001 Quality Management System in 2002.

Staffed with more than 1, 000 employees and in possession with fixed assets of RMB 250 million, the company sets up one office, nine departments, four workshops, and three branches: Henan Guangda Post & Telecommunications Industrial Co., Ltd., Henan Postal Newspapers & Periodicals Printing Co., Ltd., and Henan Postal Design & Production Co., Ltd. It mainly engaged in stamps, postages and envelopes, anti-counterfeiting bills, securities, trademarks, hardcover books, newspapers, magazines, and gift packaging.

Henan Post & Telecommunications Printery, always insisting on technical advancement and technological innovation, has made remarkable achievements and obtained successively the Best Print Awards of the 26th, 27th, and 28th China Best Stamp Appraisals. Among the awarded stamps, Centenary of Fudan University was China's first to use high-tech anti-counterfeiting gravure ink technology with metallic luster; Kongtong Mountain was China's first set to adopt hyperline anti-counterfeiting unlocking technology; Sino-Egypt Diplomatic Relations for 50 Years was China's first 3D grating stamp; Sino-Morocco Diplomatic Relations for 50 Years was the world's first silk stamp inlaid with porcelain; And Sino-Gabon Diplomatic Relations for 50 Years was China's first wooden stamp. In the activity of the 6th Foreign Best Stamp Appraisal, Sino-Africa Summit stamp, Mongolia-China Cultural Exchange Philatelic Exhibition mini-pane, and 30th Anniversary of Tanzania-Zambia Railway mini-pane won the Best Stamp Award, Best Mini-pane Award, and Best Topic Award respectively.
