With 5 years' industry expertise and a strong team with over 10 engineers, GTek develops its leading edge products completely in-house, including industrial design, tooling, molding, PCB design and assembly and housing development.

Manufacturing
GTek has one ISO9001: 2000 certified factory in Shenzhen with SMT assembly lines and more than 300 staff members. To ensure consistantly high quality products and large production capability-up to 100, 000 pieces per month, manufacturing is conducted according to strict quality standards.

Quality Assurance
Quality control is carried out by 20 inspectors using advanced QA and test equipments. All raw materials are inspected to meet RoHS standards before production. Our long-term, strategic, stable partnerships with key component suppliers ensure our product quality and reliability. Four inspection stages during production and a final product testing prior to packing ensure our low 0.5% defect rate.
