Liaoyang Xingde Large Steel Pipe Plant is a comprehensive enterprise integrating SSAW pipe and middle diameter LSAW pipe manufacture, coating and transportation.

Our plant is located in Liaoyang City, Liaoning Province, next to Anshan Iron and Steel Complex, Benxi Iron and Steel Company, Yingkou Steel Plate Mill and Angang Bayuquan Broad-and-Thick Steel Plate Mill, with abundant raw material resources. What's more, we are near the railways and the world famous seaports of Dalian, Yingkou and Bayuquan, with convenient communications and transportation.

Our Plant covers a total area of 60, 000 square meters with a building area of 40, 000 square meters. At present, our plant has three production lines for SSAW pipe manufacturing, using the technology of MEG SMAG, a German Company. We can manufacture SSAW pipe in diameters ranging from 219mm to 2620mm and wall thickness ranging from 6mm to 24mm, with the production capacity of 200, 000 tons per year, while learning the molding technology from FFX, a Japanese Nakata Company and Mannesmann, a German company; Another two production lines for middle diameter LSAW pipe manufacturing, with the production capacity of 100, 000 tons per year. We can manufacture LSAW pipes in diameters ranging from 219mm to 711mm and wall thickness ranging from 5mm to 24.5mm, and the steel grade can reach X70. With the fixed assets of RMB25 million, our plant also has many sets of large-scale machining equipment and high quality workers.

In 2004, our plant got ISO9001: 2000 certification from DNV. Later In 2006, we got the Manufacture License for manufacturing the pressure pipes. Our plant has got API Spec 5L certification for the product export since the year of 2003.

Strictly following the related standards of GB/T 9711.1-1997, GB/T9711.2-1999 and API Spec 5L(PSL2), our products are widely used in long-distance pipelines for conveying petroleum, natural gas, coal gas and water resource, and also for oil, chemical industry and heating power system project. Our plant also joined the supply chain composed by large enterprises, such as China Petroleum Company, China Petrochemical Corporation, Daqing Oil Field, Liaohe Oil Field, Changqing Oil Field, Shengli Oil Field and Anshan Iron and Steel Complex. As a manufacturer and supplier, we will have long-term cooperation with them in the future. Since the foundation of our plant, we have sold our products to more than 20 provinces and municipalities in China and exported our products to many overseas companies in the Middle East, Europe and Africa. Through the improvement of the related equipment and technology continuously, our products have obtained great popularity at home and abroad and got great approval among our users.
