In 1993, HuaHeng developed its own electronic platform scales and occupied the domestic market quickly. Four years later, HuaHeng developed electronic truck scale by its own engineers. Sooner after that, the digital electronic truck scale and anti-explosion electronic truck scale were also successfully developed and put into production.

In 2003, the impact resistant steel coil weighing scale and the DCS Road overload detection system were successfully developed and put into market.

In 2005, HuaHeng was approved by ISO9000: 2000. At the same time, modular concrete truck scale was successfully developed.
