Beijing Vacuum Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (BVE) was founded in 1993, affiliated to 12th research institute of CETC (China Electronics Technology Corporation) (founded in 1956). Located in electronics science park in Beijing, Capital of the People's Republic of China, with the manufacturing base in Deqing, Zhejiang province as well as global trade and marketing office in Shanghai.

With near 30 years development, the company achieved great success in electronic core parts like security checking use X-ray generator tube, linear ion accelerator, industrial non-destructive checking X-ray tube, medical DR imaging X ray tube etc. Researching, developing and manufacturing. BVE realized high-end security system core parts self-produced, which make us different in the security industry. Having been participating into about 20 national level critical science researches and industry tasks including China manned space flight project, BVE successfully innovated 8 first demo critical technology equipment, participated into making (revising) 6 national and industrial standards including national vehicle X-ray security inspection system industry technical requirements in 2019 .

BVE have been concentrating on intelligent security technology development and have a dedicated R&D team, manufacturing base as well as professional sales and after sales team with many years' field experience. Combining the vacuum and microwave technology, BVE main security business covers container scanner, truck scanner, various sized vehicle scanner, X-ray baggage scanner, luggage scanner, cargo scanner, human body security checking equipment as well as explosives, narcotics & liquid detector etc.
