The total investment of this project is 2.4 billion yuan, of which the first phase investment is 1 billion yuan, covering an area 52, 000 square meters. The company integrates intelligence, environmental protection, technological innovation and trade export. Its products are widely used in aerospace, new- energy vehicles, printing and other fields. It is a large-scale production and operation enterprise mainly based on high-precision CTP plate base, PS plate base, aluminium foil stock and electronic battery aluminum foil products.

Casting Rolling:

It is equipped with 12 production lines, including 6 Ф720/1450mm horizontal casting mills and 6 Ф850/1500mm inclined casting mills, which can produce 1 series, 3 series and 8 series products.

Cold Rolling:

Equipped with 6 cold rolling mills, including 3 φ 380/φ 960× 1450mm cold rolling mills, 3 φ 300/φ 800× 1450mm cold finishing mills, 3 slitting machines, and 2 φ 800× 1450mm aluminum strip tension levellers. 2 cross shears, 10 annealing furnaces. It can produce products with thickness from 0.05mm to 5mm and width from 200mm to 1400mm, including: Household foil stock, container foil stock, decorative foil, container foil, fin stock, PS substrate, aluminium sheet, embossed sheet and so on.

Shangxing New Materials Co., Ltd. Is located in the industrial park of Yichuan County, Luoyang City. It covers an area of 107, 705 square meters and has a total investment of 800 million RMB. Shangxing New Materials is committed to the production, research and development and sales of aluminum sheets, coil & strips and foils. With the joint efforts of mature technical team and production team, it has developed into a high-quality aluminum foil and aluminum strip production enterprises. Products are widely used in printing, automobile manufacturing, packaging containers, building and decoration, machinery and electrical appliances, electronic communications, petrochemical, energy and other industries, with an annual production capacity of 100, 000 tons, has been widely recognized by domestic and foreign customers.

Casting Rolling:

It is equipped with 8 production lines, which can produce 1 series, 3 series and 8 series products.

Cold Rolling:

The cold rolling workshop equipped with 8 production lines, including 4 cold rolling production lines, 4 cold finishing rolling production lines, 3 tension levellers, 3 slitting machines and 6 annealing furnaces. It can produce products with thickness ranging from 0.05mm to 5mm and width from 200mm to 1650mm, including: Container foil stock, decorative foil, container foil, air-conditioner foil, roof materials bottle caps, etc.

Foil Rolling:

The foil rolling workshop has 8 foil rolling mills, 5 slitting machines, 2 tension levellers and 6 annealing furnaces. It can produce household foil, container foil, heat sealing foil, beer foil, lamination foil and other products with thickness of 0.008-0.02 and width of 200mm-1650mm.
