Thread button bit primarily is used alongwith hydraulic rock drill (or pneumatic rock drill) and hydraulic drill rod (pneumatic drill rod), cooperate connection through different forms of thread and drill rod and perforating operations, and the diameter of  head is from¢32mm to¢203 mm, is mainly used in the exploitation of underground mine and the mining of open-pit mine.
Usually connected with T38 or MF rod, applicable to the tunnel drivage, opening and underground rock excavation work,had very extensive application in tunnel excavation of the mine roadway and engineering
Thread button bit is manufactured with high quality steel and hard carbides, with special heat treatment process, the drill bit can get the requirements of hardness under strong rock drivage, and the minimum reduction in energy loss during the process of transfer, holding and uniform are not easy to  drop buttons, therefore,  the impact energy can be concentrated on the rocks, achieve the goal of efficient tunneling.
