Built in 1995, Jiangyin Longshan Pipe Fitting Co., Ltd. is a specialized manufacturer of pipe fittings and flanges; Our products are widely used in such fields as petroleum, chemicals, nuclear-electric power, ship making, the mechanical nuclear industry and the defense industry. Our company has advanced production and testing equipment and pays attention to introducing and training technical personnel. Now, we have 25 technical personnel of medium qualifications and above, amounting to 20% of the entire staff.

Having the independent right to import and export, our company is ISO9001 international quality management system certified, and is a Grade 1 network member of CNPC and Sinopec, plus a qualified supplier for CNOOC. We also have a Special Equipment Manufacturing License of the PRC (pressure pipelines grade A, B) and a grade II and III pipe fitting manufacturing license. Moreover, our factory has been approved by ABS (USA), GL (Germany), LR (UK), BV (France), DNV (Norway) and CCS (China).

In 2005, our pipe fittings were used to build the 800MT waste incinerator of the 2008 Olympic Games, produced by Wuxi Huaguang Boiler Shareholding Corporation; Therefore, we made a new contribution to the national sports project.

At present, our pipe fittings and flanges have the following features:

1. Successfully developed various materials, 180 degree thick wall bend elbow and manifold.

2. Can produce some pipe fittings and flanges with special materials, for example: Hastelloy, copper-nickel, nickel-based alloy, ultra-low temperature alloy, zirconium, titanium, super durimet, two phase stainless steel, super two phase stainless steel, sub-two phase stainless steel.

3. Independently developed pipe fitting making equipment that can overcome various defects of traditional pipe fitting making equipment. According to requirements of users, our equipment can add lengthening and change bend angles in pipe fittings to reduce welding work for users. These special pipe fittings are successfully developed and produced as a substitute for imported models, which greatly reduces production cost and construction period for customers

4. Having piping manufacturing and installation capacity of military motor ships, chemical ships and container ships; For example: Welding between heat coil and liquid cargo system including pipe fittings, steel tube, flange and valve
