Established on June 9th 2011 in Liaoyang, Liaoning Province, China. Liaoning Xingqi Electric Material Limited liability Company is an enterprise specializing in manufacturing insulating materials for UHV &EHV transformers with 500-1000KV class.
In April 2012, Xingqi Electric invested RMB 123 million and constructed the production line of UHV and EHV insulation products in Liaoyang Economic Development Zone, including wet molding shop and dry molding shop. The floor space of the new factory is 125, 000m2, and the area of building is 25, 000m2. At present, two production lines have been put into production.
The company now posses one production line with an annual output of 4, 500 tons of insulating pressboard. By adopting the most advanced hot pressing technology in the world and using the automatic production line consisting of domestically most advanced technology and equipment, the company produces insulating pressboards for transformers with a size of 2260mm× 4400m, and the thickness of 1.0-6.0mm, which could satisfy the requirement of IEC60641-3-1 Standard, and obtain ISO9001 Quality System Approval. The quality of the products is first class in China, and outstanding abroad, which are applied for the manufacturing of insulation materials of UHV transformers with big capacity.
In accordance with the long-term plan, the company would invest totally RMB 300 million to construct a production line of insulating pressboard for large UHV transformers with a size of 3200mm× 6400mm, to meet the requirement of the market at the end of the"twelfth five-year plan". After putting into production, the annual sales revenue can reach RMB 300 million, and tax reaches 90 million. At the appointed time, Xingqi will own a 20, 000 tons production capacity of UHV and EHV insulating pressboard and formed parts series every year, with an annual sales revenue of RMB 500 million and tax of RMB 110 million. Depending on XD Group, Xingqi will become a manufacturing base of insulation parts with a collaboration of design, manufacture and research, as well as a professional manufacturing enterprise with the largest scale, the most advanced technique, the most superior equipment, well-equipped specifications and internationally leading quality.
