SHENZHEN YINGHUAN ELECTRONIC CO., LTD. is a joint venture that was built in 2002. The company majors in design, manufacture and sale of speaker systems, drivers, amplifiers and other electro-acoustic products. The parent company is SHENZHEN YINGHUAN ELECTRONIC CO., LTD. that was bulit in 1988.

With the strategy of "cooperation, innovation, management and technology development", the company was growing increasingly and finally has formed a large-scale production base including R&D, tooling making, injection molding, wooden boxes manufacturing and electronics assembly. Now the company owns 10, 000m2 standard workshop and has built a complete system made up of research, production, sales and service.
