Found in 2012, Shenzhen Davisen precision Components Limited is located in Shenzhen, China, the Gadget Factory of the world. Our factory was initially established based on our good welding skills, espeacially brazing and solding. As our customer base grew, many needed machining services. Thus, we began providing CNC milling and CNC turning services. Though we are a small shop, our major equipment includes 8 CNC millers, 4 CNC lathes, one electric furnace for tin soldering, two induction furnaces for brazing and soldering, one vacuum furnace for brazing, one projector for measurement. CNC's max working size is 1000X600mm, with the precision of 0.01mm; Lathe's working size is DIA150X200mm, with procision of 0.01.
The matreial we work with are steel, stainless steel (304/316/303), aluminum(6061/7075), ABS, POM, PA, PEEK, PC Fr4(G10), brass, bronze and copper well. We can help you for product finish process, such as sand blasting, nickel plating, tin plating, zinc plating, chrome plating, laser etching.
We are specialized in handling medium and small batch orders with short turnaround time and low cost.
We are experienced in fullfiling some orders from US, and we know the shipping procedures well.
