In early 1970 there was a young lady called Miss Lin. She had just graduated from University of Taiwan and had just started her first job as an office assistant in Taiwan's largest manufacturer and exporter of plush toys. That is where she had realized what she wanted to do with her life. "I want to make toys" Miss Lin told her mother who ask her why. Her answer was "Toys can stop children from crying, send messages to love ones and they warm people up when they cuddle. "

In 2012, now Miss Lin has become Mrs. Lin and is now 40 years older than when she answered the question that her mother had asked why she wanted to make toys. 15 years ago she has achieved her dream by becoming an owner/operator of a toy factory. Her values on making toys have not changed over time.

In 2008, she had moved to Guangzhou, China and founded Li Jet Toys and every day since then she has made toys to put smile on faces of the people that play with her toys. Mrs. Lin's love and passion for toys was so great that all her children have inherited love and appreciation for toys. Mrs. Lin has 3 children, 1 son and 2 twin girls, who are now helping Mrs. Lin to make her toys after finishing their studies in New Zealand. Jonny Wang, Mrs. Lin's first child, has studied in business at Canterbury University and is the factory's operating manager. He is the one that looks after all 76 members of Li Jet Toys factory so that everyone is working for same goal of putting smiles on faces.

Judy Wang, the elder twin, had studied Travel & Tourism and had worked in fashion industry in New Zealand before joining her mother. Due to her education and working background she has high standards for products and services, which show on our toys. She tells me that her need for perfection comes from her star sign, Libra.

Anny Wang, the youngest child of Mrs. Lin, has a degree in early childhood teaching and is our office lady. Some may say that factories don't require much documenting but it is a very important task in our factory as it allows us to check our efficiency so the toys are made at its' lowest costs so the low prices can be passed on to the final users. Anny's documenting is also helping us to maintain our high quality standards. I have joined Li Jet Toys last year after graduating in Accounting and have been analyzing every toy projects that we have undertaken. The task involves reporting latest trends to Mrs. Lin so she can make new products to fulfill our goals in continually changing lifestyles of people. Our other 71 members will also have their stories to tell, how they have become an expert in stuffing the toys, making toy patterns out of rough sketches, sticking eyes on toys that it won't come off so even little children can play with our toys, and right down to recycling any overheads.
