1. The Organization of Workshop
Our company consisits of mould workshop, injection molding workshop, dustless workshop, painting spraying streamline workshop, stamping workshop, screen printing workshop and packaging streamline workshop.

2. The Equipemts for Manufacture
At present, our company have 10 elctronic discharge machines, 14 milling machines, 4 grinding machines, 3 lathe machines, 4 vertical drilling machines, 2 CNC machining centers, 2 tool grinders, 1 carving machine, 2 light-wheel machines, 1 welding machine, 31 injection molding machine(4-40A), 3 vertical color mixers, 5 crushers, 1 hot plate welding machine, 1 ultrasonic welding machine, 5 air compressor machines, 3 feeder pumpings, 15 manipulators, 1 hydreogen control desk, 1 screen machine, 2 printing machine, 3 stamping machines, 10 hot cloth press machine network and painting machine (two streamlines and one fully automatic PU Line).

3. The Equipment for Production Inspection
There are projector drawing machines, standard color comparision box, marble inspection plate, and all kinds of calipers for pruduction exactly inspection.

4. The Software Used for Product Design
We applied the advanced computer design software, such as: Atcad2004, Pro/E etc.

5. Human Resouces.

For the present, our company have 405 staffs, including 72 mould technicians, 12 mould design engineers, 25 QC inspectors and 30 administrators.
