Production & Quality Control
- Zone A is equipped with 350+ sets of advanced equipment, including fully automatic imported welding centers, CNC machining centers, CNC lathes, vertical lathes, valve-specific processing machines, automatic spraying lines, and hydraulic testing platforms, enabling full in-house production from casting to finished products.
- Zone B focuses on producing ductile iron and stainless steel valve/heating fitting castings, with advanced equipment such as Japan-made FBO molding lines, 450-ton cold-setting machines, automatic molding lines, and automatic pouring lines. It also houses over 160 precision testing instruments, including ultrasonic flaw detectors, spectrometers, and universal material testing machines, supporting an annual output of 8, 000 tons of ductile iron castings and 10, 000 tons of stainless steel castings.
