As we have installed Brother and Juki sewing machines within our factories, we are able to adjust our machinery to each product and tune it for optimum performance. Furthermore, we utilize Lectra workstations to produce patterns, grades and markers, all of which are based upon designs and specifications provided by our customers.

Perfection, as they said, is in the detail. Our company has developed further than just operating on a 'CMT' (cut, make and trim) basis. We are capable of sourcing all kinds of fabric and trim for our customers, and have an in-house washing facility making us a one-stop solution for our clients with regard to material sourcing, sampling, cutting and sewing, accessory fabrication, washing, packaging and final shipping.

We specialize in the manufacture of woven clothing including jeans, shorts, jackets, shirts, bib-and-brace trousers and skirts. Order sizes vary widely, from 600 garments per order to between 1, 200 and 30, 000 garments per style. Across the company, several hundred orders of differing styles will be produced during any month and production is carried out in one of four factories, each with its own warehouse, technical team, cutting room, finishing and packing line.

We export 95% of our products to mainly the USA, (60%) and the EU, (35%) and cooperate with both agents and direct sellers.
