The construction of emulsion polymerized styrene-butadiene Metal unit with the 100, 000 MT/a capacity and related utility system launched in December 2005 and will accomplish at the end of 2006. It is expected that the plant would put into operation in 2007. The technology adopted by the unit is emulsion polymerization at low temperature, which is an advanced process with features of low material and energy consumption, high polymerization conversion, and long operation period etc...
