Shandong Sino-Agri United Biotechnology Co., Ltd., which was constructed in 2006, is made up of three subsidiaries agrochemical enterprises: Shandong United Pesticide Industry Co., Ltd, Taian United Biochemistry Technology Co., Ltd and Weifang Sino-Agri Union Chemical Co., Ltd. The Shandong Union was crowned vice chairman of China pesticide Industry Association unit, Chairman of Shandong pesticide Industry Association unit and one of 100 Chinese Excellent Agricultural Enterprises. The Taian Union is one of 100 Shandong Excellent Agricultural Enterprises and the leader of Chemical enterprises in Taian. The Weifang Sino-Agri Union was crowned advanced Chemical enterprises in Weifang.

In these years, the Sino-Agri Union has invested more than 220 million yuan for constructing new bases to introduce advanced equipment and improve the environmental security facilities, to build low-power and green-manufacturing enterprises.
