Shenzhen Ledfriend Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. is specialized in the R & D, production and sales of constant current LED drivers. It is one member of the Shenzhen LED Industry Association and Shenzhen Illuminating Engineering Society. The total staff is 389, among which 36 are in the R&D team. There are 263 workers in the factory, among which 22 are technical staff and 174 are skilled labors. Currently, three Patents of Invention and nine Patents of Utility Model are under application. The administration office and the factory cover an area of nearly 5, 600 square meters. At present, Ledfriend has four SMT lines with two TCM-1050SANYO chip mounters, two UNIVERSAL chip mounters, two SF-820-LF reflow ovens, two YAMAHA, and one JUKI chip mounters; Four DIP lines and two Nitto Denko automatic lead-free double-wave soldering machines; Five post-soldering lines and five aging testing lines. The annual capacity is up to 8 million.

We are sticking to the Quality Policy of Excellent Quality, Continuous Innovation, Complete Service and Creating Values for Customers and insist on the Corporate Virtue of "Being an upright person, being serious with work, and being down-to-earth in making products". The factory is ISO9001: 2008 certified and the ISO9001 Quality Management System and ERP System have been successfully introduced to cover all of the process from the R&D project of a new product, pilot production, raw material purchasing, production procedure, inspection of finished drivers and after-sale service. Through continuous improvement, the qualified rate of finished products has been up to 99.7% from 99.1% in 2007. Ledfriend products have passed RoHS, CE, GS, UL, CQC certificates and have being exported to the Europe and America by winning reliance of customers at home and abroad.

Our R&D team independently develops products and is dedicated to making excellent products. Now we have built up six testing labs, such as advanced performance testing lab, high and low temperature test chamber, lighting surge test lab, conduction test lab, and lifetime and reliability test lab. Till now Ledfriend has developed different series of products within 55W which are favored by the customers with features of low noise, energy-saving, environment friendly, high efficiency, and long lifetime. Currently, three Patents of Invention and 9 Patents of Utility Model are under application. And high-power LED drivers for streetlights, factory lamp series and tunnel lights are currently under development and will be ready into the market very soon.
