Our 30 QC staff conducts AOI and over temperature tests. To keep quality control effective, we continually evaluate our test flow charts. We updated our production equipment to produce circuit boards in compliance with the RoHS Directive. All products undergo 100 percent inspection before shipment as well. At LEACH, we follow ISO 9001: 2000 guidelines and guarantee products that meet CE and FCC standards. As a result, our AQL is minor 1.0 and major 0.4, while our repair rate is only 0.1 percent.
