One factory is specialized in research and producing Aluminum based and Si-Al based mesoporous catalyst materials. Main products include mesoporous pseudo boehmite, macroporous pseudo boehmite, Si-Al power and other series.

Macroporous pseudo boehmite has very large specific surface area and good pore diameter distribution, mainly used as diesel hydrogenation, residual oil hydrogenation catalyst and other organic chemicals catalyst. For Si-Al power, Si-Al ratio can be customized according to the user's

Requirements.

Low Si-Al ratio is mainly used in residual oil hydrogenation and gas sweetening catalyst. High Si-Al ratio is mainly used as composition of highsilica zeolite, such as mercerized zeolite etc.

We adopt Al2(SO4)3 precipitation to produce high quality pseudo boehmite and Si-Al power with high purity. Specific surface, pore structure can be controlled well by use. Other elements can be added according to requirement and form integrated structure, such as P, B, La, Zr, etc.

Another factory is mainly produce catalyst and carrier. At present, we mainly produce residual oil, wax oil hydrogenation catalyst. We own spray tower, rotary kiln etc advanced equipments, pseudo boehmite and Si-Al power can be prilled, roasting to became r-Al2O3 or θ -Al2O3.
