China Machinery Industry International Cooperation Co., Ltd. (SINOMACH INTERNATIONAL) is a marketing corporation of SINOMACH in international market as well as the largest manufacturer and exporter of abrasive products in China. SINOMACH INTERNATIONAL shoulders the mission that pushes the SINOMACH products and services into the international market. It's mainly engaged in the following fields: Abrasives, engineering ceramics, metallurgical refractory, construction materials, petrochemical industry, machine tool, environmental energy and machinery equipment etc, actively engaged in developing business area including international project contracting and industrial investment.

China Machinery Industry International Cooperation Co., Ltd(SINOMACH INTERNATIONAL), formerly known as China Abrasives Import and Export Associate Company, was found under the approval of the former National Machinery Committee, National Import and Export Management Committee on April 16th, 1981. Registered in Zheng Zhou, Henan Province, it had been put under the administration of China National Machinery and Equipment (Organization) Corporation (renamed as China National Machinery Industry Corporation) in 1997.

China Abrasives Import and Export Associate Company had been renamed as China Abrasives Import and Export Corporation in March, 2002. According to the instruction of SINOMACH, China Abrasives Import and Export Corporation had been reformed as a limited liability company. Meanwhile, it had been changed its name to China National Abrasives Industry Corporation at the end of 2013. The company's subordinative relations, credit and debt and ownership remained unchanged after the alteration of system and name.

SINOMACH INTERNATIONAL specializes in trade and service as its core business with operations in 60 countries and regions all over the world. While rooting in the traditional business areas, SINOMACH INTERNATIONAL actively seeks for taking advantage of the strength of trade resources in the international market and its commerce ability, extensively cooperating with the member enterprises of SINOMACH to forge itself into the international marketing sales window of SINOMACH products and services. In line with the new strategic positioning, China National Abrasives Industry Corporation (CAEC) was officially changed its name to China Machinery Industry International Cooperation Co., Ltd on July 31st. 2014.
