Our filters and pumps have special designs for plating, electrolysis or chemical process liquid. They can clean away insoluble particle and impurity which may lead to other parts with pin hole, pocking mark and defect caused by internal stress. The sources of particle and impurity are as below:
1. The dust of surrounding.
2. The residue of burnish & polishing.
3. Some sludge leakage from anode bag.
4. Some part drop from plating hangers to plating groove. Once the impurity is formed, part will be corroded.
5. Some insoluble salt come from insufficient water softening.
6. Some dirt from first groove. Guo Bao filter and pump material are the most corrosion resisting and carefully selected. When manufacturing various filters, we provide different dimensions, thicknesses and precision filter accessories.
