KLUKE Light-weight Cranes VS Other Structural Forms (e.g. I-beam/flexible KBK/aluminum track)
High track strength: high strength steel rail, one-step cold rolling forming, no welding and no deformation.
Closed C type design: It can prevent the dust from entering cranes effectively, thus reduce the trolley wheel wear and extent its service life.
2°slope design: it can ensure the trolley is centered on the track to maximize reducing the sliding resistance.
I-beam is not required: additional I-beam suspension is not required for equipment now; this can reduce the self weight of equipment as well as the forces on acted on supporting structure.
