VST Holdings Limited (“VST”) <HKSE: 856> is the holding company which specializes in the distribution of worldwide famous IT products and was listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited in 2002. The Group is principally engaged in the distribution of a wide rage of IT products and related components to both Hong Kong and the mainland China since 1991 by VST Computers HK Limited, the wholly owned subsidiary of the Group, and is therefore well-known in the market.

Since established, the Group is aggressively to increase the numbers of suppliers and distribution channels. In April 1993, the Group attained the authorized distributorship for Seagate’s HDDs in Hong Kong and the PRC, and has been granted the “Distributor of the Year” award from Seagate in 1994, which was a good indicator and recognition of the Group’s performance in this regard. Capitalize on its professional experience and quality management; VST Group continuously attained the authorized distributorship for other worldwide famous technology products. They are AMD’s CPU, Supermicro motherboard, Hercules-Guillemot multi-media products, MacPower external storage hard disk and InFocus X1 projector respectively and this makes the Group’s business to the peak. Meanwhile, VST attributes its success through sound business strategy, well-chosen IT related products for distribution as well as strong establishment of sales channels. This make VST has recorded a significant performance in revenue and become a listed company successfully.

Our headquarters is based in Hong Kong and we have representative offices in Beijing, Shenzhen, Shenyang, Shanghai and Chengdu. We have a total strength of 100 employees in Hong Kong and China.
