Founded in 1998, the parent company Sungwell Electronics (H. K. ) Co., Ltd is a Hi-Tech corporation, located in Jiangmen city Guangdong province. Sungwell has 50, 000m² manufacture base, more than 1, 000 employees, 20 major engineers and technicians. Sungwell is engaged in the R&D, manufacture, sales and service for auto amplifier systems and consumer electronics products.

In 2006 thanks to the local government's great support, the subsidiary factory Singwell Technology Co., Ltd was founded especially for researching, manufacturing and exporting computer peripherals, which is the new page for Sungwell to step into the overseas market. Now, the plant of computer components is up to 15, 000m² with the yearly production capacity of 1, 500, 000 pieces of computer cases and power supplies. And 3, 500, 000 pieces of mouse and keyboard. Meanwhile Sungwell obtained the ISO9001: 2000 certificate and CE, FCC, UL, TUV and RoHS etc. In April 2007 Sungwell set up an international sales office in Shenzhen in order to get innovative ideals at frontier and handle international business more easily.
