System Function
With the support of related software, the system can realize the functions of signal acquisition, data acquisition and processing, automatic control, safety alarm, monitoring, network and provide abundant interface function.

Classification of System
The system is divided into two systems which are HGS-D Data Collection System for Oil Gathering &Transfer Station and HGS-PLC Station Control System:
HGS-D data collection system is the measuring data processing system specially designed for crude oil water fraction monitor; It can realize the online monitor of flow rate, water fraction, temperature and pressure in oil pipelines; All kinds of metering report can be generated when working with upper computer software and has the functions of curve view and water cut alarm.

HGS-PLC Station Control System is automatic control system designed specially for automation control in the oil transferring station, pressure boost spot and combination station. Temperature, pressure, liquid level, flow rate and condition on pipeline in the station can be monitored and can conduct security monitoring through video and infrared. All electric valves, pumps and all devices in the station are controlled manually or automatically.
