There are 10 new YAMAHA YG, YS series high speed chip mounter, 7 YV, YG and YS multi-function chip mounter, 1 PANASERT high speed mounter. Reflow soldering oven are GangYang 8 oven RoHS compliance machine, and two set Jingtuo 10 oven reflow soldering machine, 3 set Haobao double conveyor 10 oven reflow soldering machine. Besides there are 4 full automatically solder past printer and 8 half automatically. Other machines like AOI, X-ray Inspection, BGA reball and repair machine, wave soldering machine, all are completely set up. There are totally 7 SMT lines, 4 DIP line, 4 manual soldering lines, and 3 mechanical assembly lines.
