All our sleep products using the Talalay manufacturing process which creates latex foam with a consistent cell structure and exact density. Our products are freezing-formed at less than -30 degrees Celsius. Freezing (unique to the Talalay process) can prevents particles from settling and ensures a consistent cell structure. In fact, Junjian's Talalay latex products are certified to be free of harmful substances or chemicals. This method has distinct advantages over the chemo coagulation method. Products made by the chemo coagulation method, although less expensive, are easily deformed, cannot be compressed for packing, and have a shorter life span. We are one of the few manufactures of Latex products in Asia that have mastered this technique.
